| 描述: | There, where river Amer, Hollandsch Diep and the Nieuwe Merwede in Holland meet each other in the large river delta, just 25 km from the North See, I made this ambient recording. http://static.panoramio.com/photos/medium/128632593.jpgBecause it is in the Rotterdam area a lot of ships and planes are here. Thanks to the splashing water against the whimstone rubblemound breakwater and the bird the ambience sounds friendly. This recording is made on a calm afternoon in March, the beginning of spring. As you can see in the picture I am standing on the river bank between the reeds and pollard willows, who has to be topped every few years. Otherwise the fall down. In the beginning the weather is calm, but after forty minute the wind rises from zero to four bft. I had to get home because of the wind and snow. I'm sorry. Date/time: March 7th 2016, 2pm Weather: beautiful Dutch clouded sky and sun, wind 04 bft between W NW, temp 6 down to 2c, Location; river Amer, near Lage Zwaluwe, maps 51.71831 4.7014, NoordBrabant, the Netherlands (Holland), Europe. Gear chain: modified Rode NT4 XY and Rode NTG1, in Rode Blimp > Sound Devices 302 >Tascam dr100 Mk2. Decoded Midside to STEREO, 80Hz lowcut, A 96/24 STEREOFLACfile available on PM request. Filename: 160307_0864 ST.FLAC This is a modern high quality q10 (1500kbps) OGG Vobis compression file (48000Hz/16bit). You can easily use this file in HDfilm and HIFI musictracks. The soundquality is, after this compression technique still very high. The file size reduction is about 75 of a 48/24 WAVtrack. Decode to WAV with the free audio software Audacity. It is one of the largest national parks of the Netherlands and one of the last extensive areas of freshwater tidal wetlands in Northwestern Europe. The Biesbosch consists of a rather large network of rivers and smaller and larger creeks with islands. The vegetation is mostly willow forests, although wet grasslands and fields of reed are common as well. The Biesbosch is an important wetland area for waterfowl and has a rich flora and fauna. It is especially important for migrating geese. River The Hollands Diep was formerly Wijvekeen. The storm of 1216 hit a hole in the dunes at Voorne and so arose the Haringvliet (name since 1315). Around 1250 the water reached the Striene and the water came deeper inland. The area east of the Striene would be called later go Buttervliet, to be later known as Hollandsch Diep (Dutch Deep). Especially after the St. Elizabeth flood of 1421 the Hollands Diep continuesly tried to find a way in the Grote Waard, eventually reached the Merwede. This makes the Hollands Diep part of the estuaries now. When you use this sound it would be nice if you spent a voluntarily donation to freesound.
