| 描述： | Field recordings extracted from videos I took while travelling on a vaporetto (small public transport canal boat) along the Grand Canal. You can hear the water, the engine revving as the boat crisscrosses the canal from one stop to the next and the(mostly English)chatter of other passengers on the boat. On "Venice2" horns are blown by other vessels and someone says at the end "I'm getting off the boat". I have joined 2 tracks on this one and there is a small gap, but with the right equipment that can be edited out. All in all very evocative of the busy atmosphere in Venice, even in March (2012). |
