| 描述： | Made using the online remote shortwave receiver of University of twente in Enschede Holland: http://websdr.ewi.utwente.nl:8901/ French speakers talking on 20 meters, deliberately mistuned a kilohertz or 2 below to make their voices sound like goofy or something from a 50s scifi flick. some qrm, other voices out of tune the other way a few kilohertz away also heard.
