| 描述： | What does it sound like if thousands of people in a large city decide to let off fireworks all at around the same time? It sounds like this. Recording started at around 10:30pm on 31st December 2018 and stopped at about 12:30am on 1st January 2019, so midnight is about 1 hour and 30 minutes in. A police helicopter flies over right at the start of the recording and then there's a gradual increase in the number of fireworks you can hear. Other distant sounds are traffic and people screaming and shouting. Recorded in Southampton, UK on a Zoom H5 with custom mics. |
