| 描述： | This binaural beat loop is directed at the Solar Plexus chakra and the kidneys. It is based upon the association of the musical note of "E" (solar plexus). Using "Audacity" software, I created 4 stereo tracks which were then mixed down to one stereo track and this MP3 file. One track starts with the 1st octave of E (82.41hz.) in one ear and adding the Schuman Resonance (7.83hz.) to the tone for the other ear. This beat is intended to entrain the brain at a low Alphahigh Theta level of awareness. I then created a second track of the 2nd octave of E (164.82hz.) and also applied the Schuman Resonance. The third track was the 3rd octave of E (329.64) which is extremely close to the kidney response frequency of 330hz. This track is not a binaural beat but is an isochronic beat based on tremolo at the same Schuman Resonance. These three tracks create some interesting interactive harmonics. The last track is a moving 'white noise' intended to invoke relaxed breathing rhythms and provide a interesting diversion to the droning tones. |
