| 描述: | Wind roaring through trees on Feb 28 2000 at night/early morning in Kent, southeast UK. The Microphones were on 1.5m stand inside 30cm cubic frames covered with lightweight acoustic grille fabric to stop windpop and the occasional drop of rain. Set about 10 metres from nearest tall trees mainly Sycamore(leafless), a large North Atlantic Cedar and assorted stuff like Holly and Hawthorn. This short cut has subtle tree trunk creaking from the Cedar(sounds similar to frogs croaking). See also windroar_blustery_20m00s for a longer cut with more dramatic gusts and squalls, or windroar_blackbird_8m41s.wav recorded nearer dawn with occasional blackbird wakeup calls. Sure SM57 mics in acoustic tents(see above) home built Mic amp Pioneer CD Recorder.Unprocessed apart from slight gainriding at end for seamless looping. |
