| 描述： | Chances are that this file is a duplicate of another that went astray after uploading. Odd... anyway here it is. I recite a very simple recipe to cook beans pot, in Spanish. Recorded with a dynamic microphone, unprocessed. See companion files for the effect of other objects inside the mouth on text intelligibility. BTW, this recipe I read is a relic, handwritten on the back of an envelop. The text has peculiar syntax and local vocabulary: 'Chicharos. Se ponen con agua fría que los cubran a hervir. Una vez hervidos se echan en la olla junto con: tomate, pimiento, ajos mucho, casi una cabeza, cebolla, perejil, pimiento molido, y aceite generoso. Se le echa el agua y se hierven un cuarto de hora o 20 minutos en la olla cerrada. Luego se abre la misma y se le echa la sal y se hierve sin tapar unos 10 minutos'.
