| 描述: | Recording made on the staircase of Sigmund Freud's final home at 20 Maresfield Gardens, in London's Hampstead. The family moved here after escaping the Nazi annexation of Austria in 1938. It was the family home until the death of his daughter Anna in 1982, and then became the Freud Museum. One of Freud's cigars, in many ways the instrument of his death, is preserved on the halflanding, where this recording was made. Further information is available here: http://www.freud.org.uk/about/ I should like to thank the Freud Museum for their support of this project. |
