Ihave used S.E.T.I. at home and loaded the RAW data to downsample andfrequency filter only the mid range frequencies, followed bynormalisation and antialiasing, this sort of voice like sound cameout. This is no hoax and can easily be reproduced. This is not aninternal application effect nor is it a special effect just usage ofvery linear equalisation and filtering. But, yes, it´s strange. |
