| 描述： | Demons got a hold on me Funny thing happen on way to the forum. Started with Jeris' Duke with the idea of creating an urban groove using his drums and bass. After working on some rhythmic content and horns, looked for a voice. Found 4nsic's Demons Got a Hold on Me could be pitched down 1/2 step to fit. That required all of Jeris' bass and drums be removed to create a funk rhythm leaving only Jeris' intro and break bass which is augmented with Minnesota Funk and tabla. Created a synth bass using various synth bass samples doubled with baritone sax in places. The synth verse bass line is based on Jeris' EEDDAA bass pattern. Yes, more cowbell was added to chorus. The portamento synth fall leading into the first chorus is created using unison E notes on three Image Line Harmor synths pitching down 24 half steps from E5 to E3 over three bars. Brass falls (unison B notes) start the fall. The slope of the portamento is a shallow minus curve. |
