| 描述： | Again I have been up to no good playing with some VST plugins. This time with Explor3r, a PM/additive synth with some interesting capabilities.http://www.kvraudio.com/news/13214.htmlMore info on the manual, but in short, it has got 3 oscilators with various waveforms. Each oscillator has an envelope and a dedicated LFO which can modulate its pitch or be used to Phase Modulate (PM) the oscillator.In addition, oscillators can be synced and a modulation matrix of knobs allows you to set the amound of modulation from each oscillator to all oscillators (including itself).Of course, Explor3r can do the boring stuff like Synth Leads and Basses, but it can do a lot more. Drones, frantic noise....I like to leave it on the verge, and create modulated chaotic sounds which are one step away from degenerating into shrieking noise... |
