| 描述: | This is the second recording in this pack from inside a traditional, working old Dutch windmill, called De Lelie The Lily in the picturesque Dutch village of Eenrum. This mill was used to grind grain. There was a strong northwesterly breeze straight from te sea, so the sails of the windmill were in full swing, this morning on Saturday may 14th. The dominant sound you hear is the sound of the millstone. The “schuddebak” from the first recording in this pack was detached by the millers. You can also hear the squeaking sound of the mighty, big wooden wheels under the ridge of the roof. This windmill is now a small museum. Admission is free, so everyone can admire this proud Dutch windmill heritage which reclaimed half our country from the sea and gave us our daily bread. Thanks to the millers fort heir hospitality and cooperation (I used an iPhone with a Zoom iq5) |
