| 描述: | The Tipperne Peninsula on the westcoast of Denmark is a relatively new area which was created by migrating sand just a couple of centuries ago. To stop the migrating sand, people in Sdr. Bork built dikes/protection with sticks, seaweed and heather. That is why the area is called Værnengene which means the protectionmeadows in English. The farthest part of the area, which is called Tipperne, is the largest bird habitat in Northern Europe. The Tipperne Peninsula and Værnengene (protection meadows) is a nature area with a multitude of different waterfowls breed and live here. Værnengene, which is a large, protected area, is where I did this recording early one morning in July, surrounded by reeds, using 2 Rode NT1A microphones, a MixPre and a Korg MR2 recorder.
