| 描述: | An enjoyable soundpicture of the forest here in May in southern Illinois. What makes doing nature fieldrecordings so much fun are the surprises that you get. About halfway through this Spring Warblerscape, a pair of Canada Geese fly over. A sound that I don't really associated with Spring in southern Illinois and new seasonal beginnings. It seems that, even though Canada Geese generally spend summers farther north, there are some who stay down here in southern Illinois and raise their family. This recording, like all of my other recordings, was made with the Zoom H4N, using the builtin internal microphones. Recording made in deep woods by a small stream at about 7:30 in the morning on May 5th 2013. |
