| 描述： | Mix three kinds of beats generated with program discord (http://discord.sourceforge.net/) with samples from freesound (attribution below). The resulting sample is 5 minutes long and is loopable. The beats are all at 10.342 Hz, mid alpha. If you listen to this for even one play, you should notice a difference in your awareness. Alpha awareness is the classic meditative state, so you should probably not try to get an effect from this while doing something else; it is best to just let your mind tick over on idle while listening. Recorded at 44100 Hz, 16 bit. Best listened to using headphones in order to get the maximum effect from the beats.
