| 描述: | This is the real frequencycrackling, which can be heard on a satellitedownlinkfrequency, when it is not in use. Anyway, the recived frequency on the uplink everytime is transmitted on the downlinkfrequency. That means that when there is no transmission the frequencycrackling from the empty frequency is transmitted. This is a non geostationary sat. In case of that, the sound is changing and sweeps away. The reason is the Doppler effect. |
