| 描述： | Mix three kinds of beats generated with program discord (http://discord.sourceforge.net/) with samples from freesound (attribution below). The resulting sample is approximately 5 minutes long and is loopable. The beats are all at 7.832 Hz, high theta. If you listen to this for several plays, you should notice a difference in your awareness. Theta awareness is the awareness of REM sleep/dreaming, so you should probably not try to get an effect from this while doing something else; it is best to just let your mind tick over on idle while listening. Recorded at 44100 Hz, 16 bit. Best listened to using headphones in order to get the maximum effect from the beats.
