You should cleanup this sound (or parts of it) if you intend to use it. The filename gives the frequency, date and time of the recording. Mostly noise with some snippets of male speech in French. Unknown station.The online radio receiver was intentionally mistuned and/or the wrong bandwidth used to obtain distorted sounds.
