| 描述: | Wingbeat great spotted woodpecker. Recorded on 20m. The great spotted woodpecker has a powerful, undulating flight, where the wings are practically not lifted above the horizontal plane. With every 3rd wing beat, the wings are held still for a moment against the body, so that a kind of rhythm is created which causes the undulating flight. One, two, three, hop; one, two, three, hup. At hip the body goes up to the height, to descend in a curve. A new wing beat then gives an upward rise again. Here you can hear the one, two, three wing beat. Not a great recording cause it was just bycatch of a longer nature recording. |
