| 描述: | Wind roaring through trees on Feb 28 2000 at night/early morning in Kent, southeast UK. This 20 minute section is one continuous take from a one hour recording originally used as an "ambience" track and for panto sound effects. For a quicker download see also windroar_constant_1m12s.wav for a short cut without major blusters or transient events or windroar_blackbird_8m41s.wav, recorded nearer dawn with occasional blackbird wakeup calls. The Microphones were on 1.5m stands inside 30cm cubic frames covered with lightweight acoustic grille fabric to stop windpop and the occasional drop of rain. Set about 10 metres from nearest tall trees mainly Sycamore(leafless), a large North Atlantic Cedar and assorted stuff like Holly and Hawthorn. Sure SM57 mics home built Mic amp Pioneer CD Recorder.Unprocessed apart from slight gainriding at end for seamless looping. |
